Winfred Parker, PA Winfred Parker, PA, is a Physician Assistant to Houshang Seradge, M.D. Mr. Parker earned a Bachelor degree in the Physician Assistant Program from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1979. Mr. Parker has been with the Orthopedic Institute over 11 years. Before joining our group, he assisted Jim Duckett, M.D., in plastic surgery for 10 years. His memberships include the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Parker has extensive background in orthopedics that includes research. He has assisted Dr. Seradge in research for numerous publications and presentations. |
