Dr. Khan completed Medical School and Internship in India before moving to the U.S. to continue his training. He completed Research Fellowships in the Department of Medicine, Cardiovascular Section at OUHSC and in Rheumatology at Orthopedic And Research Foundation in Oklahoma City. Dr. Khan then received Residency training in Internal Medicine at New York Medical College before returning to OUHSC for a Fellowship in Rheumatology. Dr. Khan joined Orthopedic Institute in February 2008.
Dr. Khan is board-certified in Internal Medicine. As a member of the Orthopedic Institute team, he is committed to providing advanced care, patient education and injury prevention recommendations to ensure each patient receives individualized, compassionate treatment.
In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Khan is passionate about research and continuing medical education. Dr. Khan has been elected to serve as Program Coordinator Director for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation for 2009-2010 and supports The Oklahoma Foundation for Orthopedic Health.
