Oklahoma Health Care Providers

I would recommend the Oklahoma City Hand Institute, run by Dr Houshang Seradge.  They seem to be very knowledgeable about strain injuries. Dr Seradge invented a 2 1/2 minute stretch for workers to use before & after work & an abbreviated version for breaks, b/c he was tired of performing CT release only to see workers return, reinjured. Please don't be put off by the name "Hand Institute".  Just call them & tell them your shoulder hurts from your mouse and ask if they see many patients with similar problems. I think they should be able to help you.
